I just got home from my very first floating experience at Rest Nest. It was absolutely amazing. Probably the most relaxed I've ever felt in my life. The staff were amazing and the tank was nice, large, clean, and warm. The rooms themselves are a little small, but that really doesn't a all.
As soon as I left, I wanted to go back for another hour. Since it was my first time trying floating, it took awhile to fully let myself go. They say the first time is a practise run for the second time, which is where you get the most out of it. I totally understand why. Definitely going back here! I highly recommend giving it a try!
