This place is becoming one of my favorites. Food portions are HUGE. When asked to describe it I have difficulty but usually can just say it reminds me of growing up with my Buscia's (that's Polish for grandmother) cooking. So yes, comfort food would be pretty spot on. The owners are SO FRIENDLY...they always come around to your table to talk to you and see how you are doing.
When people ask me about it I just say "go there, I promise you will not be disappointed!"
I also really like their new spot, a ways farther than the last one...but still worth it and they have a fantastic beer selection. I can't wait to go back!
