Same experience as the previous reviewer. I reserved a car online and provided my flight number and ETA. At the counter, I was told that I had to wait 30-45 minutes because the car I reserved was not onsite. They shamelessly tried to upsell me one of the 2 BMWs they did have onsite (which they did to the customers before and after me). When I called them out on the wait and the upsell, they were rude. I always rent with Budget but next time I'm in Montreal, I will not rent from Budget or Avis as they are managed by the same people.
