This is the same location that was Opal Amazing Looks. This is an office complex with insurance agents next door (this is not a media spa) and the whole building looks shady. Looks like they have renamed themselves. --I had a similar experience in which my credit card was taken and I could never get in to see someone. After a second change in appointment (by the office) and a reschedule in which I showed up and the door was locked I was able to get a Groupon credit (after much correspondence with Groupon). This is not a good company!
