The facility itself was fine. I used the spray tan. There are 2 rooms but one was always broken. I had the month to month membership and decided I didn't want it anymore. I asked how to cancel and was told to email corporate. A week before the auto payment was to come out I emailed my cancellation. I got a message back that stated "Thank you for contacting BodyHeat Tanning. One of our representatives will be in contact with you shortly." 3 days later, still haven't heard from them. I send another email verifying my cancellation and confirming they no longer have authorization to withdraw funds from my account. Yet again I receive the same email from them. A few more days pass and it's time for the auto deduct. Guess what, THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! They don't care about you. They just want your money! Don't give it to them.
