Awful experience. My parents just moved to AZ and are looking to furnish a new home. We were initially greeted by a very friendly man that said we can speak to him if we need something but he is "not the type of sales guy that follows you around. I will keep an eye on you from a distance. Also, if you need the assistance of an interior decorator, you can speak to my partner Debbie." One minute after that, Debbie (refers to herself as "Tall Debbie" since there is another Debbie that is shorter) shows up and follows us around the entire time like we are going to steal something. We tried to tell her several times that we just wanted to look around but she refused to leave us alone. If we asked about a piece of furniture, she was only interested in going up front to finalize a sale as opposed to answering any questions. My parents were looking for a lighter colored brown couch and she kept showing dark color couches or green couches that she says just look green in the light in their warehouse. When my mother asked to see some other lighter color couches, she turned to me and said that "this is going to be a nightmare." Not sure why she is employed as a salesperson if she doesn't want to attempt to sell furniture to customers. Very pushy and very impatient. She made it feel like we were bothering her but if that is the case, the feeling was mutual. My parents found a living room set that they were going to purchase but just wanted to look next door first. We asked if we could take her card and she said "no, you are just going to throw it away" and she finally stomped off. Even though my parents are interested in purchasing that living room set, they will refuse to purchase it from The Dump solely because of "Tall Debbie" and her lack of customer service. Her attitude lost The Dump thousands of dollars in sales. We won't be back and will not recommend that anybody else visit this store.
