I mostly stay in HIEs when I'm on biz trips so I stayed here when I was working in Calgary. It was ok. The weather was hot and the hotel only has A/C in the rooms so all the common areas were stuffy and too warm. The fitness area only had a fan on so definitely not enough ventilation and cool air for me to get a good workout. Only one ice machine and it was in the basement so that was annoying when I wanted ice and had to go all the way down there -to the hot basement in the hot hallways and elevator- to get it. Room was ok but no full-length mirror which is odd for HIE. Not sure I'd stay at this one again for all the little things that weren't there when they can usually be counted upon for a stay at HIE. The consistency just wasn't there.
