I really wanted to like this place. From the outside looking in it looked great and I heard many things about it. Before this I had never been to a Fogo establishment and expected more. The Market Table is just a fancy name for a vegetable heavy buffet. I don't eat beef or pork so I opted for the Chilean sea bass. I expected it to be a little spicy or even seasoned but instead it lacked texture and the entire plate was just sweet and one note. My friend felt the same way. I orded a d'asti Moscato that was tasty and was glad I didn't want a second one as they ran out. For there to be so many staff members on the floor the service is slow and confusing. I had a waiter come to my table at least twice offering me someone else's drinks. The garlic mashed potatoes were the star of the dish. And although very slow, the servers were polite. Will I check out this place again? Probably not! Was the ambiance nice? Yes! I just don't feel like it lived up to the hype though. It's fine dinning but they're missing some of the details here. If you happen to stumble in here though their wine list is pretty nice. Because I try to end my reviews on a good note the dessert also looked nice but I by the time I finished being frustrated by my fish, I was over the experience.
