I've been here a few times The drinks and food is great, but the service is lackluster. I expect a little better from Wynn or Encore. My most recent trip as I waited in line the girl behind the counter seemed ambivalent. When I finally reached her, and had a few questions... She answered them in as few syllables as possible and without interest. I was hoping to switch black tea for green tea in the berry cooler. She barely mumbled that it was pre-made and then ignored me. I ordered it anyway and then went to wait for it. It was pretty expensive for an iced tea, fruit or not but I expected that. As I stood there waiting for my drink and the minutes ticked by... I finally noticed that people after me were receiving their drinks so I went to the counter to inquire. I tried to wait patiently for someone to look my way, but nothing... Finally I interupted someone as she was making a drink... I agreed her if she could tell me how long until my drink was ready. She never looked at me or acknowledged I asked a question, or answered me. She just kind of grunted and walked away. Less than a minute later she produced my drink without a word or anything. No thanks! I can get an overpriced iced tea anywhere.
