I bought a neon beer sign on eBay and it got damaged during transit thereby not lighting up. I called some neon sign businesses in the valley and most said they send their stuff to Graham's Neon (GN) for repair. I called GN and they said their minimum charge was $75 and just bring it over for an estimate. Just for a reference, I called several other repair shops and one was also $75 minimum, the others were over $100 minimum charge. I brought the sign by GN and they did a couple tests and said one of the letter tubes had broken (see the marked letter "E"). It would be the $75 minimum and would only take a week to fix. He also warned me that with the white tubes, sometimes the coloring falls away and the repair may not look exactly the same. No problem. I just want it to light up. After a few days, GN called and said the light was ready. Wow. Fast service! I went to pick it up and they plugged it in to test it for me- I could not even tell where the repair was made. It was perfect and good as new! $75 and out the door. Everybody at GN was friendly and helpful. The pricing was fair and service on time and results better than expected. What more could you want?? They also sell neon signs, so if you are in the market, stop by!
