I pulled in kinda late on a Sunday to have the interior of my vehicle shampooed. The attendant told me how late it was and I said I would come back another day. He insisted it was fine. I went inside to wait. They said it would be a little less than an hour. 30 minutes later they said it was done. I went to the counter and the dude told me that they did everything but shampoo the interior. I said the most important thing I wanted done was the shampoo. He told me that he would go talk to the manager. I then watched him walk out the back door, get in his vehicle and leave without talking to anyone. I was upset at that point and the manager came in and completely exacerbated the situation telling me I shouldnt have come so late on a Sunday. I offered to come back another day!!! He then said he would stay late and do the job. When I got home I opened the trunk to see that they didn't bother to vacuum the trunk before they shampooed it. There was some kitty litter that had spilled and when they got it wet it completely ruined the trunk carpet. Avoid this place like the plague.
