I am convinced that the dry cleaner is the one person we forget more about, but need so desperately in our lives of conveniences (BlackBerry, Treo); and for a person such as myself that appreciates a well ironed seam on my pillowcases...I just don't have time to eat out, meet up with friends, take in a yoga class, stop to smell the roses and tackle all my clothes.

They also have a full time alterationsist (is that a word?). That came to my rescue when a fabulous red dress started to fall apart on me.
