Late results. Rude staff. The central Customer Service line (to get results and send to your doctor) was rude and always (tried five reps) we can't check with the labs for a status. The bathrooms were dirty, urine everywhere. Check out is in the waiting room so private discussion is for everyone to listen. Terrible labs.
