I'll keep it simple - A LOT went wrong, but everyone was SUPER nice. I'm willing to bet it's just new restaurant growing pains. I'll give them another shot, but it may not be for a while. They were out of a lot of options, my burger was charred, credit card machine wasn't working, didn't have Hot Tea - umm ... no tea? Weird.
