Mgmt...You had *one guy* behind the bar on a Saturday night. No wonder it took him five minutes just to get to my drink order while I was sitting at the bar. 10 minutes after that, I get to order my steak. 30 minutes after that, I get my steak...And it's cold. Not just my worst Chili's experience, but easily my worst dining experience. (Significant statement given I've had food poisoning before). Asked to settle up for the margarita since I'd been there an hour, also thinking I'd give him a chance to comp me for my troubles, but was presented a check for a $9.00. fair enough since I drank it, but I definitely won't be back, and would encourage others to find someplace else to spend their money.
