I love the store. Very beautiful. Great energy and customer service. The price points are even pretty fair for the most part. And at the time I lived over there the location was always amazing. So why three starts you ask? I have purchased quite a few bracelets for myself and friends within the 4-5 months. 3 of the 6 I have purchased for myself have broken at random. And one just started getting lose out of nowhere. Causing me to no longer wear it for fear that it will break as well. None have ever gotten caught or stuck, just in the middle of dinner and beads are all over the table, or last night closing the bathroom door, beads all over the floor. A friend of mine works in a hospital and it broke while she was with a patient. I didn't think these were something that would have such a short lifespan, nor is it something that I want to have to repurchase every 4-5 months.
