Nice atmosphere. Good color selection. But the owner is rude and a little full of himself. I waited over 45 for a fill in while techs walked around and did nothing. People who came in after me were served before me. Well sorta, 15 minutes later my sister came to meet me for a pedicure and a Polish change. The owner changed his price more than once and then she sat in the pedicure chair so long her water was cold. I was told to wait at the bar after waiting for 25 minutes the receptionist finally told me to wait at the bar. I sat there for almost 20 more minutes no one even spoke to me! Not a word.
I have to note that my sister was still sitting in the same cold water while I sat at the bar! I collected my things and started to leave. The owner, Tony, very rudely said so you leaving or you staying. What you gonna do? As if I was intruding on his time. Not concerned that a customer of 3 years was walking out! I came in well before close right after work. He made several other rude comments to my sister after my departure which caused her to walk as well. My entire family (6) will not be back!
I also have to note that this is not the first time the owner was rude to us. We work similar hours the spa is open so sometimes we cut it a little close, an hour before closing. But if you're open for business until a specific hour. You should be courteous the entire time! Especially when someone is a loyal customer!
