Mango ice and vanilla custard = 3.5 stars.
Rootbeer freeze = 2 stars....
so average to 3. my mango ice/vanilla custard had a giant hair hanging out of it (thankfully spotted before i dove in!), so they kindly and quickly made me a brand new one on the spot. the husband who is a root beer float FANATIC hated the freeze thing. IMHO the mango/vanilla is the best combo they have here, but the custard has a texture that i don't completely love.
so.... would i be back? perhaps. i think it's about $3 for a small. but is this place the best ice custard combo i've ever had? unfortunately, no. that honor has to go to Frostbites in SoCal.
