Josh at Airamedics was professional and highly responsive. One of the units serving my condo was on its last leg....probably about 30 years old from when the building was originally built. It was time to get something new in. I sent out a few bid requests via Yelp and Josh applied so quickly that when he called, I asked him which message he was replying to because of my disbelief that anyone could have responded that fast. I barely hit send when the phone rang. Also, I sent these bid requests out on Sunday so didn't expect such a quick response.
Because the condo is a vacation unit, our window of time to get it fixed was pretty limited. We were there for Spring Break, leaving on Wednesday (it was Sunday), and really wanted to get this resolved before we left (knowing it was ambitious but trying nonetheless). Josh was able to move things around and fit us into the schedule for Monday afternoon. I received bids from other companies with comparable prices, but no one else was: (a) as quick at responding as he was, and (b) willing to move work around to accommodate us. Josh's team came around 2pm, and was done a little before 7pm! Everything worked great with the new unit.
There was a little hiccup that arose (some wiring issues) and so I needed to follow-up with Josh's company. Whereas I found his team contact not so responsive, Josh was fantastic and always responded immediately and came out to solve the wiring issue himself. Josh cares about his company and his customers...this comes through with his relentless service.
