I am EXTREMELY happy with Friendly Ford. After my previous TERRIBLE Experience with GAUDIN Ford, it was so nice to have actual people who care and understand your needs. I had John as my service tech, he was great, kept in good contact and did what he said he would do! The cashier was even super friendly, everyone apologizes when mistakes happen or if there are periods you have to wait (unlike the jerks at Gaudin). I will say this, the fancy show room and lounge at Gaudin does NOT COMPARE to the friendliness, the care, the support I feel I received at FRIENDLY FORD!!! I will continue to bring my car here!!! (The only reason why I won't give 5 stars is because Ford doesn't believe in LOANER CARS!!!! Probably the worst customer service/friendly option there is when buying/owning a car, especially when your car is still under warranty). Thank you Friendly Ford, John and the rest of the staff!
