I am now updating my earlier review posted after my first visit here last year. I saw Dr. S. Kegel and concur with the other review - thoughtful, patient and professional. He took time to ask a lot of questions and I was completely satisfied with his level of care on my issues. Different doctor from my first visit = different level of interest and care and a much different rating/experience.
I have seen Dr. Milojevic 2-3X - pleasant manner but mis-diagnosed and had to go back and then saw Dr. Kegel again which again was a good experience.
It does depend on which doctor you see; also, the key is to get there prior to the 9 a.m. opening and then you get in quite quickly. It fills up very quickly.
When I was there I did ask the receptionist about Dr. Kegel and she advised he would be opening his own practice, which I've been following up on as I am still without a family doctor. I was disappointed to find he is now at a downtown clinic as I would prefer someone in the west end. However, I eventually made an appt. and will make a decision once I've seen him again.
