Think of yourself as a drop of oil when you first go in. The office is like a fine-tuned Swiss watch....everything works in sync. From first gear with the receptionist, second gear with the assistant who walks you to the x-ray, through all the other gears including hygiene, dentistry and even paying the bill, I had two visits in three days....deep cleaning, two root canals and a cavity. I was amazed at the manner in which everybody was on time, smooth in their duties and answered all my questions. They even wear two-way radios to communicate with each other. While in the chair getting my teeth cleaned, the hygienist called the billing person to see how much an antibiotic costs and asked if I would like the service! Another important factor in my recommendation. They don't try to add on anything you don't need like other offices I've been in. And most important: Dr. Cherrington couldn't complete my second root canal because of a complication, and rather than attempting to at risk of injuring my tooth, he stopped and recommended I see an endontologist...He didn't charge for the work he already did. I'm grateful. The whole process is so smooth. I didn't get ground up.and I'm still as slick as when I started!
