If you're a first timer to this location, I would not be surprised if you miss the parking lot and end up having to go around the rapid tracks again. When the lot is full, save your time and hit up the location at Chagrin/Green.
Baristas are nice, though behind the counter looks pretty small compared to some other Starbucks I frequent. The best part of this location, as another Yelper said, is the really private seating tucked away from everything. I have seen some, well, less than savory characters sometimes saunter in. That's what being next to the Rapid and the bus down Kinsman will do to ya.
