So disappointed. I like their dermatology group so I made an appointment with the plastic surgery group. First, it's awful to make an appointment. No one answers the phone, so you have to leave a message asking to be called back. Then, they charge you $75 to hold the appointment, which is not returned to you when you come to the appointment, nor does it go toward anything. It's just a payment to get a consultation, which should be free. I made the appointment and paid. They called me two days before my appointment and said the dr had surgery and they had to reschedule - but they still kept my $75! At the appointment the doctor came in, poked and prodded my face and skin and then basically told me there's nothing he can do for my cystic acne scars, but the esthetician could do needling and creams. I also wanted to get a nose job and he said he doesn't do them. What? They don't do many of them, so he could refer me to someone, "if the bump in my nose really bothered me." OF COURSE IT BOTHERS ME! Why am I here? Then in comes the sales gal, and tries to sell me $500 worth of facial kits. Completely ridiculous. Don't waste your time and $75 for nothing.
