I inherited a car a couple of years ago. I haven't used it very much, The air conditioning didn't work and the power windows were broken. Also, it ran very rough. I worked from home, so we were OK just having it as an emergency back up car, but I got a new job and I'll be commuting, so now we need a usable second car. About 6 months ago, I took it to a shop to see about getting the driver's side window fixed and they quoted me about half what the car was worth. So I had to decide if I was going to scrap the car or what, so I thought I'd get another estimate. I took it in to RG Motorworks and asked for an estimate on the windows and/or the air conditioning. Ryan called me and gave me an estimate from both windows and the air that was less than the estimate from the other shop for just the one window. I told him to go ahead. He called a couple hours later and said the car was running rough because animals had chewed thru a couple of the spark plug wires, there were rabbits where we used to live. He replaced those, also for a very reasonable cost. Now I have a car that I can use and feel safe in. I can't recommend them more highly!
