Cafe Bellagio isn't cheap, but I feel like it's a sanctuary in an endless sprawl of gaming floor. It has good lighting, is next to the indoor garden, and I generally feel like it's a comfortable place. The food isn't cheap, but it's always decent. This time, I had to seafood pot pie but it didn't come with any crust whatsoever! It was more like a thick seafood chowder.
