No issues with the food, but the takeout counter is completely BAD. I arrived to see two other people waiting angrily for their food-- they had been waiting for a long time and one of them had received the incorrect pizza, which was being addressed while her pile of other pizzas sat getting cold. I had to wait too, which wasn't a big deal. But given what I saw and heard inside, I had a bad feeling when I got to my car so I checked my order and lo and behold, TWO of the three entrees were missing. I had one entrée, one salad and garlic knots and two missing entrees. Good thing I checked. Staff wasn't surprised or apologetic when I came back in. I think there's a disconnect in the kitchen, coupled with some poor communication and a lack of customer service. I like the food, but it's not worth the risk of being inconvenienced or not getting what you've ordered and paid for. Sorry, but just being honest.
