I am extremely pleased with my cut and highlight ( I went in thinking I'd get a cut and full color but we wound up changing that after some discussion). I typically walk away feeling like the stylist didn't really listen to me. My hair is really thick and the shorter it is the curlier it gets. I walked in to Flirt hoping I'd walk out with something halfway decent.. I walked out just absolutely floored. I've been feeling way beyond my age lately. Marjan actually listened and we came up with a way for me to get the red I really wanted and a style that is different than my usual. I got a compliment on the color and how the highlights don't look streaky but blend in really well - while I was waiting at Starbucks for my ride to get there. You have to see this color in the sun..so striking (I'm a web developer that works remote for a local company so I don't deal with clients so we had some leeway on the brightness of the red) It truly reflects how I feel inside.. even though my outside is a heavy, middle-aged woman (except my gorgeous new hair!) my inside is still a quirky, life loving lady starting the second half of her life after a successfully emptying my nest.
Do not walk.. RUN to Flirt and ask for Marjan.. she's a sweetheart who really knows what she is doing.
