I purchased my vehicle in California in 2015 and recently moved to the Charlotte area. When I purchased the vehicle I elected to have an oil change/maintenance package added on. I have gone to several Ford dealerships who look me square in the eye and say that it is not transferable and it is specific to that dealership only. This is outright wrong, and maybe they aren't true Ford dealerships, but nonetheless, it was such a relief to have such warm welcoming people working on the phones, assuring me that they would take care of me. From the phone call to service to the restaurant attendants, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It was truly a pleasure to know that Town and Country Ford has my back and I will be going here for as long as I am a resident of North Carolina.
