Not sure about the negative reviews on this place because I didn't experience anything like that! They were professional and courteous from beginning to end. We have oversized doors and they were able to make us exactly what we wanted for our front and back doors. Nathan came out and did an amazing job installing both doors, pouring a cement threshold, and keying the new locks. They look so good and we are so happy with the doors! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
