We entered the mall through the Sears entrance and it really felt like a back door entrance. We were met with a cheesy clearance section of toys, beside that was the catalog section and then trinkets and key cutting, travel and finally at the end of this awkward corridor was the the main store in all it's mini Sears glory. It felt like half the size of a regular Sears store and defiantly had a much weaker selection, but they had a clearance sale on so the line at the cashier was steady.
This location has a lotto counter which I have never seen before and we were lucky enough to hear the guy yelling at his employee across the whole store, she was trying to leave, like her shift was over, but the guy put his arm in her way and kept yelling at her, very unprofessional.
I was at Sears looking for a pillow and was unable to find pillows in the bedding section, so I asked a girl in the next section over whom was sitting there on a stool conversing with a fellow employee. She said check bedding. Thanks for that. I eventually found pillows on the other side of the bath section and they didn't have what I was looking for.
On our way out we checked if they carried what I wanted at the catalog section where we found this stores saving glory, one woman was very helpful in assisting me in finding what I wanted, hence the one star.
Well, I'm forced to give at least one star, but because of this one friendly and helpful woman I don't mind giving that one star in and otherwise disappointing and underwhelming experience.
