Worst Benefit EVER! I have never been treated so poorly until I decided to try out this Benefit in Ulta. I first tried the Brow Bar in Chicago and they are awesome. I went once and then again 6 months later and they remembered me. I expected the same treatment in Charlotte but that was NOT THE CASE. I was on hold for literally 20 minutes until I made my appointment and I showed up the next day and the Benefit people said I was mistaken and never scheduled an appointment. I had to show them my phone records for proof! (This is real life). So then I was told that they could "fit me in" in 10 minutes and I waited for 3 people to go ahead of me. Then I was told it was my turn and I sat in the chair and someone walked in and that Benefit person made me get out the chair.. Saying "you didn't have an appointment she did". So I left. I did find out after reaching Benefit corporate office that those at this Benefit are employed by Ulta not Benefit so I contacted Ulta. Someone finally tried to reach out to me TWO WEEKS LATER. I will never step foot in that store again. BUT if anyone is looking for a GREAT Benefit Brow Bar please go to the Belk at Southpark Mall. Everyone is awesome and Ana make my brows look amazing!!!
