***poor experience and rude service with dry cleaning job*** I'm a musician and am frequently required to perform in front of large groups of people. I took a very nice black shirt here a few weeks ago and picked it up right before a trip. It was my mistake to not immediately check that the job had been completed properly. When I unpacked my suitcase, I was embarrassed to wear this shirt at my performance because white rings around both underarms remained prominent. These are caused by sweat, but are very simple to get out at any decent dry cleaning business. I returned last week with the same shirt to have it cleaned for a trip this weekend. I explained nicely what had happened and just requested that they make note to take extra care of removing the stains. She said of course... I picked it up today, checked right then and there, and the stains were still there. I told the clerk what happened and asked why they remain. She said "They tried their best." (This is a simple and easy white sweat stain on a black shirt, never had problems like this before) I asked for a refund, and she rudely refused to give me one since "the service has been completed." I tried to explain that it wasn't actually completed, because my shirt was still dirty... But she rudely refused and continued to avoid proper conversation etiquette by folding clothes and not bothering to face me as we talked. I kindly told her that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't pay for a job that can't get done... Especially when other places can do it quicker, better, and with more kindness.
