I was upset from the start. What is the point of having mobile insurance cards if you can't use them. Normally I have a paper card. It it was the second of the year. No one has been back to work or had paper insurance cards. I took a few days to write this to have less bias about my experience. I had to pay full price (and file a claim with my insurance to be reimbursed) because I can't use mobile cards. Why is a hospital as large as banner not able to do things electronically. No one seemed to care like "Sorry.. *shruggs*" was the response I would get. I def need to find another urgent care.
