When your phone breaks, what do you do? That's right... You rush to the nearest Best Buy and get another. So that's what I did! And boy am I glad I came to this location!
Not only was everyone extremely helpful, but I was also looking to get Office for my laptop, and Johnny Cruz was exceptional at explaining the differences between home office and student. (I don't know what it is but I seem to get along great with anyone with the last name of "Cruz" hehe. And they're all so sweet!)
Anywho, Johnny helped me get exactly what I needed, and even made my day by giving me a discount 'cause he said I made him laugh -- yay me! :) I'd say for management to give him a raise for being so helpful and providing exceptional customer service, but turns out, he's a manager already... So I guess, give yourself a raise! :) Thank you so much for being so awesome at what you do and helping those who are technologically challenged like myself!
