If I could give 0 stars I would!! I will never deal with this company again! I called them maybe a week and a half a go because my unit crashed. Unfortunately I was not home and the tech tried to tell my roommate we needed a new unit to the tune of possibly 20k, I said don't think so he "repaired" the condenser and whatever else needed to be done to the tune of 1,400 (which is still out of my range. Not 48 hours later I am back on the phone with Parker having them come out because my unit was not cooling my house down (this was after trying to reach the original tech on his personal cell...which he never did return my call). All seemed ok until today when it stopped cooling AGAIN!! What did I shell out 1,400 of my hard earned money for?! My roommate called them since she noticed it and I was at work...tech called me at 7PM to say he was on his way on my voicemail which I did not get until almost 3 hours later when I had the chance to check my phone (he called my landline also but I don't even think he called my roommate). I called him back once I saw and could listen to the voicemail and he said that its their policy to call each number given once and if no answer move on. I called their main number but since it was close to 10PM all I got was someone at their answering service who would pass the word on to them in the AM. Yeah right and how long before they call me back since I am pressed for time tomorrow (working another 12 hour day). I would assume call them myself especially since I have a few choice words which could include demanding my money back, going with someone else, and reporting them to the BBB (which I WILL do if needed)
