I usually rate 5 stars as low costs, polite, good service, quick response, convenience.
I am not sure isn't it my bad luck day.
They kind of mass for my feeling.
First I call them at Fri, Sat, Sun,
whole weekend no one answer so I leave the message.
Monday, I didn't heard them call back, so I call them again at noon.
The lady explain outside still raining, cannot fix or check things under bad weather.
I understand it, she make me the next day appointment at 2pm-4pm.
On Tue after 4:30pm, no one come or call.
I did call 5 times but no one answer the phone AGAIN.
Then the lady call me back at 5:45pm.
Explain to me they have to staff went out for work.
One is till taking care of other customer.
The other one get some accident.
And she was out for family things, that's why not one answer the phone...
I really feel sorry about someone get hurt.
But I just can't wait again for another day for just checking my air conditioner.
Finally, I call other company-Legacy Air.
They come after 30 mins and get my things done within 10 mins.
Charged me below $100.
End of my painful waiting story.
The reason why I rate two stars for Your Air Conditioning & Heating Company,
because they really low price for inspection $19.
They also doing groupon and yelp promotion now.
And the lady talk at phone really polite and very explain me detail.
I wish I can use their services, but... whatever...
If you can reach them by phone, that's your lucky day.
