My home's primary AC went out just as the temperatures in Vegas hit 105. It was just after 5pm, but i was desperate for help (sick infant, angry wife). I called a place I was familiar with but got not response. Based on the reviews I called Cool Air Now! and Michelle picked up on the first ring. She was very kind and patient, despite what I could tell was obviously an extremely busy day. To my surprise, she said her team worked around the clock and that a technician would be at my house shortly. Tonight? Really? I was shocked by the response time. Sure enough, Fernando arrived at my house and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fernando was great; he took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my unit, why it happened, and what I could do in the future to prevent such problems. 45 minutes later I'm sitting in a nice, cool home again. The baby is still not feeling well, but at least my wife is happy again. It's rare to find folks as patient and helpful as Michelle and Fernando, which is why I've taken the time to write this review. Let them help you out, too.
