I've lived here for about 4 months. Great place! Aspire has that high-rise New York feel. I've lived in San Francisco, New York, and DC. Aspire is a clean, new complex. They have a great gym and you get a lot of privacy. No stranger can simply walk in the complex and knock on your door after business hours. Only tenants can get in the building with a key fob. There are cameras in the hallways, which I love, and the main entryway has a lobby with people in the front so they know who is coming in during business hours. Rent is reasonable for what you get. Seriously, you would be paying like $3,200/month in southern CA for a place like this and $4,000/month in New York and in San Francisco (with no washer and dryer) so I'm not complaining. And you have plenty of parking and you're not charged $200/month for a parking space like in CA. I love my privacy and I love feeling safe and secure--Aspire meets those needs.
