Ok, so I've been to Las Vegas many many times. And, I have stayed at the Hard Rock and eaten at Mr. Lucky's multiple times. This time was such a disappointment! We usually order the French toast and a quesadilla. The French toast is usually really good, hot, crusted with corn flakes and crispy. The quesadilla is as expected, nothing spectacular but still good. This time I don't know WHAT was going on. First off after we sat down and told out waitress, Paulina we were not ready she walked away without saying anything (I'm sure working in a 24hr spot in Vegas is not easy but still there's no reason to be rude). After we figured out what we wanted and placed our orders we asked for lemons for our water. We waited approx 20 min for our food. During that time we never got our lemons, nor did Paulina check in on us. When the food did arrive, Abby brought it to us. She was very pleasant, asked if we needed anything extra (at that time we asked for our lemons we never received from almost 30 min prior) Abby, brought them, along with the rest of our food. Now let's get to the actual food in this story. The quesadilla was not hot, the cheese was not even melted. The temperature was just above the cheese crumbling. The French toast which is usually an unexpected bonus, was a total disappointment! It was barely room temperature and the flavor was completely off from what it usually is. After the disappointing food, we waited another 10 minutes (at least) to get our check ( from a different server) and ended up having to pay the bill at the front counter. Mind you it was not like the restaurant was anywhere near full. Abby, thanks for being a bright spot in a disappointing trip to Mr. Lucky's. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment any time soon!
