I called to see how long of a wait for an oil change and the guy asked how far away did I live. I said 5 mins, so he said come in they are doing one now and will get to mine in 15mins. I'm like great because i can get in and out. Well that turned into 30mins. As I waited I saw how they did a million things more than an oil change for the lady in front of me. Then 30mins after that the guy comes to tell me about an air filter, then 10mins later about fluid, then 10mins later about a future time up. It just seemed like a never ending story. At this point I say I need to get back to work so make note and I'll come back. He says ok let me tell them Hurry up. 2mins later they are finishing up my car. I don't like when you waste my time and there was NOBODY here. I won't be back at all because they were not considerate of my time, at all. Very nice place and convenient but not so good service. I know car places find a million things wrong but it doesn't normally take a hour to do so. I could've been better off going to the dealership. Guess you get what you pay for.
