'Guaranteed Reservation Policy.' That's what my reservation promised! Au contraire. I made the reservation ONE MONTH before the check-in date, yet 10 minutes before walking into the hotel (I was on the way there), I received a phone call telling me that the hotel 'could not accomodate me.' The reason? Renovation. I guess they planned the reservation earlier on the same day, as NO ONE BOThERED TO TELL ME IN TIME TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE THAT WAS NOT INCONVENIENT TO ME. Managerial incompetence is obviously the rule at this location. I am also complaining to the Better Business Bureau about the 'Guaranteed Reservation Policy.' This place doesn't deserve to be in business.
