What's the point of having a compliance coordinator if they don't call you back?
What's the point of having customer service if they don't call you back in the promise 48 hours?
What's the point of having insurance that no doctors take?
Why did you tell me when I first signed up that certain doctors and hospitals were at Network when they are in fact not?
And most importantly why have I had to wait almost 2 weeks to be able to find a doctor and hospital that are both in network so that I can have the needed procedure to safely remove my baby that passed away nearly two weeks ago in utero.
Oh yeah because I had to call hundreds of doctors on my own because you guys couldn't do your job.
