I'm so glad I chose Hot Rod as the place to get pierced! After a bad experience at South Side Tattoo, I have been very hesitant to let anyone else put needles through my nipples, but I've always wanted to get them redone. Tanner was extremely friendly and welcoming when we walked into the shop, and took care of me as soon as he was able to (which was after just a couple of minutes). I didn't have to wait long before I went back to get pierced. Will was my piercer and he, too, was super friendly. He was very clean and professional, and he made sure I was happy with the placement before and after piercing me. He was quick with the process, but still took the time to talk with me, answer questions, and give me a moment between each piercing. Both of them made sure I knew the proper aftercare before leaving and advised me to come back in six weeks so they could be sure I'm healing properly. These guys clearly care about the work they do, and the well-being of their customers. The pricing is maybe a little higher than some other shops, but very reasonable in my opinion, considering the professionalism, good work, and high quality jewelry. They look great and I feel confident that they will heal well. I definitely plan to come back the next time I want a piercing!
