UHHHH, stay away. Every time you have an issue you get transferred and no one knows the answer. Training is not a priority with this company. I will need to spend time changing to a gmail account and get rid Cox. And I was charged for an upgraded service for 10 YEARS. I was never told I needed to upgrade my box to get the upgraded internet speed I was paying for. After complaining they have since changed all their bills to customers to disclose what type box you need to be compatible with the internet speed you are paying for. Wow wonder how many MILLIONS of valley customers over paid for years like I did. I used to laugh at protesters about corporate greed, but it's all true. Another option is to call in every month and ask if your Cox box is the correct one for the speed you are paying for, who has time for that!
