Every time I come in here I'm given the run around by someone. Whether it's gum on my car that they say they can get off and then tell me they didn't understand what I was asking. Or selling me an upgraded wax package and then every time I come in to get the wax they tell me it's going to be a 4 hour wait! Speaking with management gets absolutely nothing done either. He actually walked away from me in the middle of our conversation! Definitely being managed poorly!
