Pure Barre is a great workout that keeps your core working and you body toned. The instructors are helpful and motivating, plus I made friends with several of the other regular clients. The atmosphere and the challenges keep me coming back, and I've yet to find a workout I've stuck with longer or seen as much change in my body.
