We worked with David L. on an inspection for a property that we were considering buying and he was wonderful to work with. He was thorough, informative, and very patient. He took the time to walk through all of his findings, he took into account other concerns that I had with the property, and he was just overall pleasant to work with.
Because of his findings, we decided to walk away from that particular property.
I'll be requesting him specifically for the next inspection.
