Let me finish.... The first time I tried Rising Star coffee, I HATED it. I could barely finish my latte, it tasted so buttery and thick. However, with Townhall being my favorite brunch spot, they serve Rising Star coffee, and after the next few lattes, it quickly grew on me and is now one of my favorite coffees in Cleveland. They have redone their coffee shop space, which was a fabulous remodel. If you know any coffee snobs, this is the place to impress them and enjoy a handcrafted beverage! Don't embarrass yourself and ask for any flavor in your coffee- they only offer milk and sugars. They had dairy free milk alternatives though, that are sourced locally.
