Robin at the AZ Mills location was absolutely incredible!! She went above and beyond anything that I could have imagined. My wife lost her favorite necklace about a year ago and I could not find it on the website at all, and every other location I went to just really wasn't that helpful. All the stores had stopped selling it and it was no longer being made. I explained the importance of the necklace to Robin and she looked up the necklace on my account and began to call other stores to see if they had it.
I had really given up hope and this was a last ditch effort because I had been searching for months, however she found the last one! It was shipped from Georgia to Arizona and I was able to surprise my wife. Her reaction was priceless and I am incredibly thankful for Robin as the experience will last a lifetime!! Robin at the AZ Mills location was phenomenal and a true example of providing great customer service and providing a memorable customer experience! THANK YOU, Robin!!
